2.2 Access and Usage

Upon purchasing a subscription:

You will receive access to our proprietary trading indicators
Access is granted for personal, non-commercial use only
You may not redistribute, resell, or share indicator access
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or modify our indicators
You may not use our indicators to create derivative works

2.3 Subscription Terms

Subscriptions are offered on monthly and annual basis
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
You may cancel your subscription at any time
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
No partial refunds for unused subscription time

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED:
The amount you paid for the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Technical issues may prevent indicator access
Market conditions can change rapidly
No trading system is perfect

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Signals Lab, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

Your violation of these Terms
Your trading activities
Your violation of any laws or third-party rights
Any content you submit or transmit

11.2 Brokers and Exchanges

We have no control over and assume no responsibility for:

Broker execution or policies
Exchange rules or regulations
Third-party platform availability

SECTION 12 - MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICES

Update indicator algorithms
Adjust subscription pricing (with notice)

SECTION 13 - TERMINATION
